Relax there, hell kittenWalsh Brooks
I am the most sought after man in The Wicked Horse. Sex is nothing but a game to me and I’m the type that will leave at the end of the night without looking back. Tonight, there is no way I can walk away from the mysterious green-eyed beauty behind the mask of sapphire feathers at the club’s masquerade event.
Clearly looking to walk on the wild side, she’s the escape I’m looking for. Unfortunately, I realize too late that I know exactly who she is. And now I’m left to reconcile the fact that I just experienced the greatest pleasure of my life with Jorinda Pearce.
My best friend’s little sister.
And there is not another woman in the world who is more off limits.
Wicked Wish is the second book in the Wicked Horse Vegas series and can either be read in order or as a standalone novel.
Walsh is the most popular person in The Wicked Horse and it is all just a big game to him until the masquerade event when one particular woman who is looking to walk on the wild side catches his eye. Once he realizes it is his best friend’s little sister it is too late to undo what has been done. When Jorie realizes her mystery man s Walsh, a man she has wanted for years she has to convince him that what they have is amazing and that she is not off-limits just because of her brother.
Wicked Wish was an extremely hot and wicked book that will have you looking for a nice cold drink. The chemistry between Walsh and Jorie is smoking hot and there is nothing left to fantasy. This is one book that I could not put down.
I recommend this book and gave it 5 maple leafs.
About Sawyer Bennett
Since the release of her debut contemporary romance novel, Off Sides, in January 2013, Sawyer Bennett has released multiple books, many of which have appeared on the New York Times, USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller lists.
A reformed trial lawyer from North Carolina, Sawyer uses real life experience to create relatable, sexy stories that appeal to a wide array of readers. From new adult to erotic contemporary romance, Sawyer writes something for just about everyone.
Sawyer likes her Bloody Marys strong, her martinis dirty, and her heroes a combination of the two. When not bringing fictional romance to life, Sawyer is a chauffeur, stylist, chef, maid, and personal assistant to a very active daughter, as well as full-time servant to her adorably naughty dogs. She believes in the good of others, and that a bad day can be cured with a great work-out, cake, or even better, both.
Sawyer also writes general and women’s fiction under the pen name S. Bennett and sweet romance under the name Juliette Poe.
Due to the nature of this book it is not recommended for people under the age of 18
